Obituary of Michele Frank DeBari
Michele Frank DeBari passed away on May 4, 2024. He was born in Washington, D.C., on October 16, 1933, to Frank and Josephine DeGennaro DeBari.
He enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and was a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police, Washington, D.C and retired from the Prince George’s County Maryland Police Department. He moved to Ocala in July of 2003 from New Bern, North Carolina belonged to Queen of Peace Catholic Church and held memberships in the Knights of Columbus, Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 89 in Maryland, the Italian American Club of Ocala at Top of the World.
Michele was very proud of his children and family; he valued his very close friends and enjoyed helping others. He also enjoyed his hobby of tinkering with cars and fixing them up for resell.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Diann Marie who passed away in 2008 and granddaughter Mikaela Maria DeBari.
Michele is survived by his children Diann Lynne (Kelly Lee) Bailey, Altus, Oklahoma; Brian Gavin DeBari, Winchester, Virginia; Jamie Michael (Sheri Lynn) DeBari of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Peter Antonio DeBari, Morgantown, West Virgina; Brett Scott DeBari, Morgantown, West Viginia; grandchildren Brianna Elizabeth (Jennifer) Bailey, Collin Jesse Bailey, Kylie Danelle DeBari, Caleb Noal (Fiancé Diana Boucino) DeBari, Isabella Rose DeBari, Keano DeBari and great-granddaughter Anais Rosé Bailey.
