The entire Stinson family wishes to extend our heartfelt love and condolences to Cathy, the Lewandowski and Loveall families. We hold you all close to our hearts and in our prayers as we grieve with you over the passing of Paul Lewandowski.
While reflecting on Paul in prayer, I realized how fortunate I was to meet him through extended family. I remember how he always seemed to be bursting with happiness and how he made me feel welcomed and at ease, as if I was a part of his family. And how he made me laugh! I truly enjoyed listening to him when we spoke - as he told such fascinating stories with the perfect blend of wit, humor and sarcasm. Even though I wanted to feel sad that he had passed, the more I reflected, the more happy that I felt that I was able to spend more time with him at Alexander's Confirmation. Even when he was not feeling strong or at his best - he wouldn't miss an important family event and was still present with his humor, funny stories and witty comments, and the ability to make everyone in the room feel welcomed and loved. What a blessing for me to have met and spent time with him. And what a legacy he has left in his children and grandchildren.
Cathy - you remain in our prayers and our hope that you find comfort in the wonderful life you had for so many years with such a great man.
