We have many fond memories of Gerard through our City Hall days at work and outside work with he, Doris, and sometimes our families. Chris and I share so many wonderful memories of Gerard, from bowling to our shared love of family. and of course, police investigations. He was such a great man in so many ways. He was a true gentleman, and one of the best Investigators ever. We know that he is now at peace and in the arms of God and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

I wasn’t as fortunate as some to have known Gerard for a long time. I actually only met him for the first time about 5-6 years ago at an OHS event but I will always remember his infectious smile and quiet demeanor . Gerard had a way of making you feel like you had known each other forever . He was a quiet , gentle soul and will certainly be missed by his family and a multitude of friends.
