Obituary of Harry Edward Denault

Harry Edward Denault of Ocala, Florida passed away on November 26, 2023, in Tampa, Florida.  He was born on January 14, 1940, in Miami, Florida.

He graduated from Miami Edison High in 1957 and attended Chipola Jr. College and the University of Florida.  Harry served in the United States Army from 1962-1965 and worked in variety of work endeavors that included Eastern Airlines, Lovell Brothers, NAPA, Party Time Rentals.  He also enjoyed a variety of sports and memberships that included being a member of the Jaycees, Ocala Runners Club, bowling leagues, Hiking clubs. Numismatics, golf, distance running and Texas Hold’em.

He is preceded by his parents Theodore Edward and Elizabeth Birtha Denault and brother Theodore Cecil Denault.

Harry is survived by his wife Frances June Denault, son Duane Edward (Jeannie Marie) Denault, grandson Nicholas Betz, granddaughter Lauren Denault and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, Florida 34470.  Inurnment and Military Honors will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December18, 2023 at Florida National Cemetery 6502 S.W. 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
