Obituary of Rossie Gary McNeal

Rossie Gary McNeal, 79, of Ocala, Florida passed away at his home surrounded by family on August 4, 2023. He was born September 23, 1943, the son of the late Daniel Rossie McNeal and Lenna Mae McNeal. In 1983, he married his loving wife, Blanche D. McNeal.  Rossie was retired from the Florida Highway Patrol after 27 years of service.

Rossie is survived by his loving wife, Blanche D. McNeal; his children, Rhonda Johnson and Pamela Klipstein; stepchildren, Kenny Munster, Chad Munster and Jessica Munster; grandchildren, John Paul, Heather, Austin, Holli, Dalton, Brandon, Cody, Kyle, Emily, Lauren, Christopher, Paige, Justin and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Rossie McNeal and Lenna Mae McNeal.

A celebration of life for Rossie will be held at Ocala Police Department FOP Lodge #129 (2641 N Magnolia Ave, Ocala, FL 34475) on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 1:00pm. Online condolences may be sent to hiersbaxley.com.
