Obituary of Terry Lynne  Stoothoff

Terry Lynne Stoothoff, a devoted servant of God, passed away on April 13, 2023.  She was born in ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Jacksonville, North Carolina, on February 8, 1959, to her parents Donald and Sandra (Jepson) Stanley. 

 Terry's faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she was an active member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Ocala, Florida.  She was involved in many of its ministries.  Terry was a spiritual facilitator with Christ Renews His Parish, where she helped others develop a closer relationship with Jesus.  Other ministries included Religious Articles store, Our Catholic Appeal, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Reader of the Word, Reader schedules, Spiritual Director, crochet, Serving Pets in Need, and floral designer.

 Terry is survived by her husband, Kevin Stoothoff, her mother Sandy, her sister Jeanne Bailey, her brother-in-law Bill and her nephew Brad Bailey. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald, a US Marine.

Terry was a beloved godmother to many children.  1987, Terry earned her Master of Agriculture degree from the University of Florida. Part of her career was spent as an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor, where she loved working with her students.  Terry also was an Audire graduate - a three-year program for spiritual direction - from San Pedro Center, Orlando, in 2014.  She was the co-owner of Just Right Flower Shop from 1997-2007, where she created breathtakingly beautiful floral arrangements.  In 2008, Terry began working as the manager at the South Ocala Animal Clinic where she worked with her husband Kevin, the clinic's veterinarian.

 Terry was a loving and selfless person who placed her husband Kevin, and all others ahead of herself regardless of the situation or circumstance.  Her life was a testament to her unwavering faith and dedication to serving others, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.  Terry will also be missed by her loyal pet Dachshund, Walter.

 A Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, May 2nd at 10:30 AM, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church 5 SE 17th Street, Ocala.  A gathering/luncheon will immediately follow at the Christopher Hall (Knights of Columbus) on Church grounds.
