My deepest condolences to Tim's family, friends and co-workers. He expressed his love of for God, his family and friends by giving freely his time so that others may have a better life. He was always helping others whether it was his wit, charm, or that trademark "Tim smile," he had a way where he could simplify the complex, and calm the chaos. Tim loved to quote Maya Angelou - She said, "Be certain that you do not die without having done something wonderful for humanity." Thank you Tim Smith for all the wonderful things you've done for humanity, your legacy will live on. Rest in peace my friend Love Brandon K.

I am deeply shocked and saddened by this senseless loss of our dear sweet, generous, loving cousin. He always made time for his family and those he loved. Never missing an opportunity to tell you how much he cared and loved you. There will be a huge vacuum where his presence once was. I don't remember a time when he was not smiling. Even in difficult times he was always there with that shining smile, encouraging words, and that warm embrace. All of our paths will be darker now without his bright light. He always found a way to make me laugh. Not at jokes but at everyday life. He found humor even in the darkest times and generously shared that with others. He was gifted with an incredible wit and it served him well. I will miss you terribly my sweet friend and dear cousin. As I've said to you before, thank you for your bravery, courage, and honesty. For it was you who showed me that it's not only ok to live your truth but to embrace it and live life to the fullest. And, most importantly to love yourself just as God does. He's never wrong and doesn't make mistakes. I love you forever and will see you on the other side.
