I’m so sorry to here of John’s passing. “Andy”, as we called him, was a classmate of mine at Power Memorial and we stayed in touch through our Alumni Association reunions and St. Patrick’s functions. His big smile and sense of humor will be missed. My condolences to his family.

I am so very sad to hear of John’s passing. I and all my classmates were so very fortunate at the beginning of my NYPD career to have John as my company instructor for Class 82-2. Who knew that first day at Brooklyn College on a cold January day in 1982 that it would be the beginning of a 40 year friendship with P. O. John Andricosky. A wonderful husband to Ann, a loving father and grandfather and a friend and mentor to thousands of Police Officers who learned from him how to do the job the right way. John was loved and respected by all those who know him. Rest in Peace John. You will be missed.

Anne,
I am so sorry to hear about John's passing. You and he were a great team. I live in Myrtle Beach now. Last I remember you and John were in Virginia, if I remember correctly. Apparently you moved to Florida. God bless you and I pray that you get through this with the love of your children. John has a great legacy between you, your children and his reputation with anyone who ever worked with him.
