Obituary of John Alonzo Thomson

John Alonzo Thomson, Jr., 80, of Clermont, Florida passed away January 14, 2023, at Mike Conley Hospice House, Clermont, Florida. He was the husband of Kathleen Thomson for 56 years. Jack was born in Dover, Delaware, a son of the late John and Marie Thomson. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Germany. Prior to his retirement he was an Auditor, for the General Accountability Office, Washington, DC. Jack is survived by his wife, Kathleen Thomson of Clermont, FL and daughter, Janice Thomson of Clermont, FL and Joycelyn Jones and her husband Randy of Columbia, MD and granddaughter, Liliana and his sister, Ruth Puckett of Portland, TN and his brother, Robert Thomson of Asheville, NC. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Mary, Emmeline, and Rose. Memorials may be made to the Mike Conley Hospice House, Clermont, FL.
