Obituary of Russell Roland McNealy

Russell “Russ” Roland McNealy, 73, of Silver Springs, Florida passed away November 1, 2022, at Ocala Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Florida. He was a loving and supportive husband to his wife, Georgette, for 44 years. He was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island to Robert and Lillian (Dubois) Denault. He was a truck driver for many years and for a short time he owned a trucking business. Russ also worked in law enforcement, real estate, construction, and as a machinist. He was also a school bus driver and trainer for Valley Transportation. In 2005 Russ and Georgette moved to Florida where he continued to work in transportation and as a security guard. He was a lifelong Mason and past Grand Master of Belleview Lodge No. 95. Russ enjoyed fishing, dog training, driving tractor trailer trucks and motorcycles. Russell is survived by his wife, Georgette Lorraine McNealy, of Silver Springs, FL and son, Patrick McNealy and two grandchildren of Jensen Beach, FL, brother, Robert D. Denault Jr. of FL, a sisters, Darlene Decesare of Woonsocket, RI and Sandra Pietraszewski. He will be missed by his immediate family, cousins, and friends.
