Obituary of Daisy Glorioso Straley

Daisy Glorioso Straley was granted her angel wings on June 16, 2022, after a long battle with Frontotemporal Dementia. She was a well-traveled nurse who worked in several countries around the world and several states in the USA. One of her great pleasures was traveling on vacation with-in the USA and Europe seeing new places, sights, and people with her spouse of many years.

Funeral services will be held June 22, 2022 at 11:00AM to 12:00PM and Visitation earlier that day 10:00 to 11:00AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 3975 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL. 32162.

Daisy was born in Pagbilao, Philippines to Rolando Glorioso and Zenaida (de Rama) Glorioso on August 11, 1955. She went to school at Pagbilao Academy. She graduated from St. Annes College in Manila, Philippines with a four-year degree in Nursing. She married John Straley on the 12th day of April, 2001 at Hagerstown, Maryland. Daisy loved the Day-Break Club of The Villages especially the socializing and dancing.

Daisy is survived by her spouse John Straley, four sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews. The great loves of her life where her Husband, Nursing, Traveling and Family with an everlasting love of God and her new Country.
