Obituary for Barbara Anne Hines: Barbara Anne Hines, age 90, of On Top of the World in Ocala, Florida, passed away on May 29, 2022, at HCA Ocala Regional Hospital, Ocala, FL. She was the wife of the late Russell Maurice Hines who preceded her on November 10, 2010. Barbara was born in Rome, Georgia, on June 11, 1931, the daughter of the late Susie Irene Walraven and the late William Howard Walraven. Russell and Barbara lived in Skaneateles, N.Y., since 1960, moving to On Top Of The World, Ocala, Florida, in 1998. She loved gardening, was a National Horticulture and Flower Show judge, long-time member of Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Southern Club, Native Plant Club of OTOW, and Pioneer Girls Club. She was a faithful, caring member of Friendship Baptist Church of Ocala, Florida. Barbara is survived by her two daughters: Virginia Hines Taber (Mr. & Mrs. Michael L. Taber) of Ararat, NC & Tricia Anne Collins (Mr. & Mrs. Carl L. Collins) of Chandler, AZ. She has 4 grandchildren: Apphia Rae Khuri (Mr. & Mrs. Michael L. Khuri), Christian Taber (Laura Taber), Dr. Sara Sachdeva, (Dr. Alok Sachdeva) and John Henkes. Her 5 great grandchildren: Noah Michael Khuri, Hannah Lynn Khuri, Kellan Taber, Eden Grace Taber, and Samuel Anthony Sachdeva.
