Obituary of Jeanne Marie Crocker

Jeanne M. Crocker, age 83 of Haciendas of Mission Hills, The Villages, Florida, passed away on March 24, 2022.

Jeanne is survived by daughter Lynn Lombardo (John); daughter; Laurie Hill (Mike); son, William “Gary” Crocker (Gail); Grandsons, Patrick Lombardo (Alicia); Derik Jewell (Katie); Justin Jewell (Caitlin) and Granddaughters, Kristina Lombardo; Krystal Crocker; & Rachel Crocker. Great Grandchildren, Alexis Brown; Faith Poignon; Sawyer Jewell; Jensen Jewell; Arlo Jewell; Ayla Jewell; Jameson Jewell & Finnegan Lombardo. Jeanne is also survived by her sisters, Aileen Kunitz from Hale, Michigan and her sister Karen Pigott (Mike) of The Villages, Florida. Jeanne is predeceased by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 64 years, William D. Crocker who also passed in February 2022; and her parents, George & Elsie Pitcher.

Jeanne grew up in Lincoln Park, Michigan and graduated from Holy Redeemer High School in 1956. She raised her family in White Lake, Michigan, while working for Huron Valley School District for over 30 years. After her retirement in 1998, Jeanne and her husband Bill moved to The Villages, Florida.

Jeanne was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed cruising, the sea as a Diamond Plus member. She also enjoyed shopping (finding a great buy); golfing; playing pool; the beach; social events and spending time her family and friends.

A celebration of life memorial mass for Bill & Jeanne Crocker will take place at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in The Villages on Monday, April 18, at 8:30 a.m.
