Obituary of Marjorie A. Jaques

Marjorie “Margie” A. Jaques, 86, of Ocala, Florida passed away at Paddock Ridge Assisted Living on March 8, 2022. She was born January 6, 1936, the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (McCoy) Shuey. Margie was a native of Dayton, Ohio and lived in the Ocala area for 25 years. Margie was a bookkeeper for many years throughout her career for many different companies.

Survivors include son, David (Pamela) Jaques of Overland Park, Kansas; daughters, Theresa Young of Ocala, Florida, Monica (Randy) Lawler of Peoria, Arizona, and Christina (Andrew) Anderson of Dayton, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for Margie will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services (9695 SW 110^th Street, Ocala, FL 34481) on Friday, April 1 at 9:00am. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery beside her late husband, Jerry. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County.
