Obituary of William Patterson Needham

William Patterson Needham, Sr., 73, of Salt Springs, Florida passed away on February 20, 2022. He was born in Ocala, Florida on August 14, 1948, the son of the late William Thomas and Bessie Nelle Needham. Pat was a proud United States Army Veteran Sgt. Major who served his country for 29 years. During his tenure in the Army he served in Desert Storm in Iraq. He was a member of the VFW and Salt Springs Christian Church. In his free time, Pat enjoyed traveling along with hunting and fishing. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Pat is survived by his wife, Donna Needham; children, Bumpy (Kim) Needham and Tiffany Needham (David); step-children, Eddie (Janet) Grant and Sandy (Jim) Addison; grandchildren, Bianca, Sophia, and Garrett; siblings, Mike (Julie) Needham; Uncle Winston (Karen) Needham; and cousins, Noelle (Will) Smith and Reagan (Derrick) Wiles.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service for Pat will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, February 25 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services (910 E Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL 34470).
