Obituary of Denise Ormos

Denise Ormos, 56, of Ocklawaha, Florida passed away at her home on November 13, 2021. She was born December 30, 1964 the daughter of the late Richard Herbert and Margot (Herz) Ormos. Denise was a native of Lansing, Michigan, then moved to the Ocala area from Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2009.

Denise worked as a Manager for Sober Living for over 5 years. She was a Sponsor to many people in and out of the AA Program, while leaving an enormous impact on a personal level.  Denise’s hobbies and interests were her cats (recognized as her “kids”) as well as some very close and long-lasting friendships. 

Denise is survived by her brother, Scott Ormos; and Several Cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Margot, Richard and Brother Steven Ormos.
