To my wife the love of my life. God bless you and keep you in His care. There are many things in life that we cannot understand. But we must trust God's judgment. And be guided by His hand. And all who have God's blessing, can rest safely in His care. For He promises safe passage on the Wings of Faith and Prayer. Goodbye for now my love. Save a seat for me at the table. Love you more.

“So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” (1 Corinthians 15:54–55, KJV 1900) While we have never had the joy of meeting sister Genette Garrett in this life, the evidence of her life and testimony resounds in the life of her son and our brother in Christ, Dennis Jackson. His Christian life and testimony resound with the upbringing he experienced in her home. Our Lord Jesus Christ, in His infinite wisdom and merciful goodness placed His loving hand on her shoulder and gently took her home after a busy lifetime of service. Her work was finished. Her record was written. By His grace He decided He needed her in Heaven. And so, He took her home to a place where suffering will never be known, and all is radiant peace and love. We pray for her dear husband of many years, that God will wrap His loving arms around Him and give him comfort, knowing that while we sorrow it is not like those who have no hope. We have the well-founded, well-grounded assurance that by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and His triumphant resurrection that we will have an ecstatic reunion with her when Christ makes up all His jewels. We pray for Dennis and the extended family that the God of all comfort will manifest His amazing grace to them all. We praise God from Sister Genette, and we expect very soon that we will all praise God with her! All our love and prayers, Pastor Kevin S. Lucas for the Members of Grace and Truth Bible Church in Warner Robins, GA
