Obituary of Robert L. Snyder

Robert L. Snyder Sr., 62 of Ocala, Florida passed away on September 27, 2021. He was born December 19,1958, the son of Leon and Carrie Snyder. Robert was a native of Charlestown, South Carolina before moving to the Ocala area from New York in 2004.

 

Robert was a very hard working man and dedicated to providing for his family. He was a man of many words that few after meeting could forget. He loved hard and the 3 things he loves the most, his family, his sports and last but not least his Lord and savior!! He wholeheartedly believed in

John 3:16

 

    "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

John 3:16 NIV"

 

One of his biggest wishes is that all would be able to meet him again in heaven by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

 

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Marquetta Simpson-Snyder, children, Sheryl , Ebonie, Sheena, Juanita, Robert, Courtney, Levondeze, Chanel, Robert Jr., David; parent, Carrie; siblings, Leona, Linda, Rodney, Glen.

 

His death was preceded by his father Leon Snyder, and his brother Johnny.

 

A memorial gathering for Robert will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services (910 E Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, Fl 34470) on Sunday, October 17 from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
