Obituary of Anne Eileen Sloane Foster

Anne Foster 87, of Ocala passed away Wed Sep 1, 2021. A native of Hindman, Ky and moved to this area from Gainesville Fl in 1971. She was a member of Oak Crest Baptist Church, where she loved her Sunday school class and sewed with the ladies for the "Christmas shoe boxes". This year marked 50 years in Eastern Star. Any one who knew Anne knew she was a gentle and kind loving person who gave of herself. She is preceded by her loving Husband Hunter of 61 years and her parents Harry and Rose Sloane. Survivors include 1 Brother Jim Sloane of Lexington, Ky: 2 sons William Timothy: Edward Hunter Jr (Lisa): 2 daughters Julia Anne Poehlman (Ladd): all of Ocala: June LuRose Martin (Joel): Williston, Fl. 10 Grandchildren (Dana, Matthew, Stacy, Justin, Christopher, Marcus, Cami, Stephan, Kristi and Troy), 11 Great Grandchildren (Ryan, Dakota, Brantley, Raylan, TJ, Nova, Valor, Maebri, Braxton, Ada, and Kohen), 2 Great Great Grandchildren (Ashton, Grayson).
