Obituary of Steven Leon Parker

Steven Leon Parker, 74, of Ocala passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Steven Leon Parker was a native of Paris, Illinois and moved to this area from Jonesboro, TN in 1989. He was a retired heavy equipment mechanic and a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed riding and working on his motorcycle. Survivors include his sons, Michael Steven Parker, Marvin Leon Parker; brother, Timothy Austin Parker; sister, Linda A. Pleasants. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Parker and his parents, Leon Wilson Parker and Carolyn Elizabeth Parker. A funeral will be held at 11am on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Ocala. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
