Obituary of Michael Delane Blake

Michael Delane “Mike” Blake, passed away Tuesday, August 10th, 2021, surrounded by family. Mike was born February 2nd, 1940 in North Alabama and moved to Florida in his early years. He was a long time Marion County resident, proud husband, father, grandfather, local business owner, community leader, volunteer and dear friend to many. He is survived by his wife, Barbara “Gail”, sister Mary (Jim) Robertson, daughters Lisa (Bryan) Saupp and Treena (Wayne) Poole, daughter-in-law Peggy Blake, grandsons Ricky and Christian, granddaughter Chevy, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends that became family over the years. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald, son Richard, and grandson Quinn.
