Obituary of Robert Bruner

Robert "Bob" Bruner, 83, of Ocala, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at home.  He was born in Blairsville, Pennsylvania to Homer and Mary (Shields) Bruner.  He was predeceased by his first wife of 57 years, Katherine Bruner (2016).  Bob is survived by his wife of 4 years Christine Bruner of Ocala, 3 daughters: Debora A. Lewis of Mt. Dora, FL, Lynette J. Scarafino of Sorrento, FL, and Gayle A. Minnig of Sorrento, FL, 5 grandchildren; Stephano, Brandon, Chelsey, Brittany, and Rico, and his sister Sarah Stempka of Erie, PA.  The family will be having a celebration of life service on Saturday, July 17th at 11:00am, at the Community Presbyterian Church in McIntosh, FL.  He will be interred at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL on Monday, July 19th.  In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the glory of God by giving to one of Bob's favorite Benevolences, such as Community Presbyterian Church's "general fund" at P.O.
