Obituary of Anita Cecelia (Lambert) Carrier

Anita Cecelia (Lambert) Carrier, 59, of Ocala, FL, departed this life at her home on Thursday, June 17, 2021,  This followed an extensive period of health and  physical rehab, after sustaining two separate fractures with surgeries for each. 

 

She was born on September 1, 1961 in Salem, MA and was a graduate of Fall Mountain Regional High School in Langdon, NH.  Thereafter she also attended several culinary courses and restaurant training seminars.  For most of her working career, Anita was a professional cook, with the exception of a year employed as a Walmart associate.

 

Her hobbies included craft such as crochet and knitting, but she shared an interest in flea marketing and woodworking with her much beloved husband James “Jamie” Carrier, who predeceased her in 2009.  We are confident she now resides in paradise with him and our Lord.

 

She is the daughter of William and Louise (Aylwin) Lambert, who have also passed away previously.   Survivors include several cousins and extended family, Sherrie Record and Kathleen Bell of Vermont, William Hein and James Crews both of Ocala.

 

Mrs Carrier requested to be cremated.  Celebration of Life gatherings are being organized for September 1, 2021 in Ocala and November 1, 2021 in New Hampshire.  Interment will imminently follow the latter, beside her husbands resting place at Chandler Cemetery in Newbury, NH.  She preferred no flowers please.   Contact Mr. Hein for further information including charitable contributions  in her memory, at (352) 512-8371.
