So many memories!! So many photos!! Visiting at each other's homes, parties at our house, the Herr brother's drinking beer or homemade wine!! Who will give me family history now? Always so enjoyable when we got to talk. I will miss you.

I was glad to see Uncle Richard a few years ago at a family reunion in Buffalo NY. When I was a child he was my favorite uncle as his sister Catherine was my favorite aunt. My mother was their sister. Rest in peace Uncle Richard.

My dear Uncle Richard - though many years have passed since we've seen each other, we spoke many times on the phone and Skype - you were always cheerful, and very loving, and supportive. Your passing marks the End of an Era - the last of your generation of the Herrs, and my last direct connection to my Mum who I miss to this day. I will always hold you close to my heart, and remember in Love your wonderful soothing voice, and sense of humour - I still have that quarter dollar you sent from your will! God bless you, and keep your Soul close. I send Love, Condolences and Healing Energy to Chris and all my Cousins - may you all be comforted in your faith. God bless you all.
