Dear Ken, Suzanne, John, all grandchildren and other family;
It was with great sadness that I learned of one of my dearest and oldest friend's passing. When we were just 6 years old we met in ballet class and started a life long friendship. Anne was an amazing friend who never forgot to keep in touch, for which I am grateful. I was lucky enough to be with the same group on the trip to train with the New York City Ballet, a fantastic life experience. Over the years I spent many summers with Anne and another friend Betty in the Eastern Townships, where we were like the three musketeers growing up. Later on we remained close as we all got married, moved away and had our children. Anne and I visited in Ottawa many times when she came to visit her family, at my cottage in Vermont and later I joined her in the Villages when I travelled to Florida. To you her most loved ones, and from our family here in Ottawa, we send our deepest sympathies and prayers on your tragic loss. Dear friend Anne, rest easy and know that you were so loved.
Judy, Tracy and Colleen.

We were so sorry to hear of Anne's passing. Will remember all the great times we had and Anne's sense of humour. Wish we could attend the memorial but with Canadas strict rules for covid we are on lockdown. Our hearts and prayers are with you.
Lots of Love,
Marilyn & Graham”

I am not that good at expressing my emotions so my message is short but heartfelt. " I am sorry for your loss. There will always be a special place in my heart for Anne”.
Her cousin,
Paul. "

Anne you were definitely one of a kind. I’m grateful to have had you as my cousin, friend, and cohort in our many comical adventures together. I’m sure you stand with mom and grandma; the three Macdonald women together will be quite the force watching over us.
My love to Ken, Suzanne, John and families. When we are all able to travel once again, we’ll get together to celebrate Anne’s extraordinary life, and share our many precious stories.
Much Love, my heart is with you,
Beverley
