My Mom was my Mom, but she was also a great friend. We would talk about anything and everything. We shared laughter and tears. And we were always there for each other. I am already missing her so much. We had fun playing cards almost daily. It didn't matter who won, we just enjoyed it. We enjoyed music together and went a few concerts together. We both loved the Neil Diamond concert and a few at the Smokey Mountain performing arts center in her favorite town of Franklin, NC.. I know she missed her husband, Milt since he passed away in 2005. So, I hope they are now reunited and feeling at peace. Mom, I miss you and love you.
