Obituary of Muriel Frances Hannon-Marucci

Muriel Frances Hannon-Marucci, 93 of Ocala, FL passed away on Sat, Jan 9^th at her home with her family by her side. She was born in New York City, NY and moved here in 1995 from NY. Muriel was a Korean US Army veteran and a member of the American Legion, and was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, she retired as a personal consultant in the finance industry. Muriel enjoyed traveling and gardening. She is survived by her husband Anthony Marucci and her step children Laura Marucci-Castro, Anthony Marucci and Donna Torres. The family will be having calling hours on Wed, Jan 13^th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home, 9695 SW 110^th Street, during this time the family asks that you social distance during the calling hours and please wear a mask. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday, Jan 14^th at Queen of Peace Catholic Church at 8:30 am also during this time if you could social distance in the church. The family will have the burial at Highland Memorial Park at 10:00 am with the Army presenting honors to the family. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Hospice in memory of Muriel.
