Obituary of Mildred Beatrice Fischer

Mildred Beatrice Fischer, 71, of Ocala passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the EW and Lucille Cates Hospice House. Mildred "Bea" Fischer was a native of Jesup, Georgia. She was a member of the American Legion Post 58 Women's Auxillary, and the Moose Lodge. In her free time she loved to go fishing and camping. Mildred loved to spent time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and always volunteering when they were in school. Survivors include her daughters Patricia Bacorn, Bonnie Scott; Sister Linda Romano; grandchildren Ashleigh Harless, Heather Hoffman, Joseph "JJ" Scott; great grandchildren Jayleigh Harless, Benny Harless, Faith Harless, Justin McKenzie, Jr., and Mason Hoffman. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2021, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services Ocala, 910 E Silver Springs BLVD, Ocala, Fl, 34470. A visitation will be held from 1 - 4 PM. We will be practicing social distancing during the visitation and service. Masks will be required.
