Obituary of Lisa Faith Goodroe

Lisa Faith Goodroe, 58 of Ocala, FL. passed away on Saturday, Dec 5th at her home with her family by her side. Lisa was born in Palatka, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Florida. She was a devoted Christian and loved her family deeply, and was an office manager for an aircraft parts company.

She was pre-deceased by her father Benny B. Godfrey of DeLand, FL.  Lisa is survived by her devoted husband David of Ocala, FL, and his children Elizabeth Carter (Chris), Nathan Goodroe (Mindy) and Susan Forester (Brian).  Lisa is also survived by her mother JoAnn Godfrey of DeLand, FL and siblings, Duane Godfrey (Pam) of Orange City, FL, Lori Suellau (David) of Palm Harbor, FL, Wade Godfrey (Jan) of Deland, FL and Kathi Godfrey of Alachua, FL, step-grandchildren Cayla Carter, Chloe Carter, Molly Goodroe, Berkley Goodroe, William Forester, Joy Forester, Jessa Forester. Nieces and nephews Shana Walker, Mike Godfrey (Helena), David Suellau III, and Matthew Godfrey III and grand nephews/ nieces Jacob and Alexis “Lexi” Walker and Isabella “Bella” Godfrey.

The family will have a graveside service on Monday December 28th at 10:00 am at Highland Memorial Park
