Obituary of David F. Moeller

David F. Moeller, age 86 of Oxford, Florida passed away suddenly on Friday, October 30, 2020. He was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to the late William and Frieda Moeller. He moved to New Jersey and met the love of his life Olga. He took her to Senior Prom and they married 2 years later. They resided in New Jersey until retirement. They traveled across the country prior to settling in Florida in 2008. Dave enjoyed playing cards, golfing, and playing cribbage. Singing was a passion of his and he was a member of the church choir and barbershop quartet.  

Survivors include his wife of 64 years Olga Moeller; sons Paul (Gail) Moeller and Kenneth Moeller; grandchildren Lucas, Aaron, and Carey  (Ryan) Young; great grandchildren Lily, Anna, Logan, and Rae; brother Robert (Vonda) Moeller; numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his brothers Howard and Ralph Moeller; and his parents. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2020 from 11 am-12 pm, with a funeral service to follow, located at Hiers-Baxley Funeral and Cremation Life Event Center, 3975 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL. There is a limit of 30 people and masks must be provided and worn at all times. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Leesburg, FL. Online condolences can be shared at hiers-baxley.com.
