We met Tom in 2004 and he showed us the true value of friendship. We are like so many people of the Villages who meet neighbors and coworkers but Tom was the best. We will certainly miss him!!!

Charlotte and family, Debbie and I were saddened to hear about Tom's passing last week. So, so many wonderful memories and stories with and about Tom from our many years at S&A. One couldn't ask for a more caring, fun and giving friend. I will never forget the image of you sitting in the back of the SUV on top of the luggage when the Robida's and y'all stopped by Fernandina Beach one time on your way up to Beaufort. I am sure that Tom's humor and positive spirit was a huge benefit during his extended battle with cancer and he displayed that at his surprise birthday party up here a couple of years ago. Although I only knew Tom a short while, he made a profound impact on me. He displayed courage with whatever he faced and always maintained a great sense of humor. Truly a great man whom I will miss. My prayers go out to Charlotte and the family.

We would like to express our sympathy to you as Tom’s family. We had the pleasure and honor of knowing Tom since 2004 when we started at the fitness center about the same time that he did until this past March when the COVID shut us all down.
