Obituary of Harry Perry Wilson

Harry Perry Wilson, 86, of Silver Springs, FL, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020.  Harry was born in Brooklyn, NY to Henry and Margaret Elsie Wilson.  He was raised on Long Island, NY and then moved to Hollywood, Florida to raise his family and run his auto detailing business. In 1983 he relocated to the Ocala area, where he owned a general store in Ocklawaha. Harry’s passion was sprint cars; he started attending races at nine years old.  He was co-owner of the #95 sprint car while he lived in Hollywood.

Harry is survived by his daughters Jerre-Lynn Quarles and Eileen Giesey, a brother Kenneth Wilson, grandchildren Rebecca, Mollie, Russell, Jonathan and Alexander and great-grandchildren Marta, Lydia and Carina.
