Obituary of Ruby Elene Berg

Ruby passed away at the Legacy House under hospice care with her husband Dean by her side.  Ruby was 73 years old.  Ruby was born in Greenbush, MN to Joe and Mabel (Bushie) Roberts.  She was one of eight children and graduated from Greenbush high school in 1964.

Ruby was married to Gary Wold from 1964 to 1986. Together they had seven children.  Ruby was a homemaker, prolific gardener and she loved to bake and cook.

Ruby married Dean Berg on September 2^nd, 1988.  They moved to Florida in 2002 where she enjoyed 18 years of beautiful warm weather.  Ruby loved doing crossword puzzles, going to yard sales, dining out, and long Sunday road trips with Dean.  Most of all, Ruby loved being with her family.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, brother Darrel Roberts, sister Sharon Murphy, and infant daughter Tricia.

Ruby is survived by her husband Dean Berg of Ocala, Fl., Children: Bryan and Krissy (Fast) of Fargo, ND, Mark of Carson City, NV, Chad and Jessica (Rufer) of Stillwater, MN, Tara Donarski of Colorado Springs, CO, Christopher of Roseau, MN, and Traci of Roseau, MN.  Siblings: Marlys, twin sister Ruth, Kirby, and twin siblings Marlo and Marjo.  Grandchildren: Ryan, Garrett, Karlee, Aaron, Josh, Kaleb, Lucas, Noah, Lorelai, Julia, McKenzi, Maya, and Brady.

A Family Memorial Service will be held at Concordia Lutheran East Cemetery in Fertile, MN on September 25^th, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
