Dear Dino, Donna, and Danny--
I stumbled upon your Dad's obituary in the Delaware paper and had to send my condolences. I'm sorry if this seems impersonal via the keyboard. It's been a long time since Brandywine High School, but great memories of your father stand out. Always remember he was always smiling...and standing! He was so supportive of all the football and basketball games you played, (and I think hockey too Donna--but I never went to those! No..wait...majorettes! :) and was a fixture by the field or the court. Your Mom and Danny would be in the bleachers seated, and that's when from time to time we'd have a quick visit during some time-out, or interruption.
Your parents did a great job in raising the three of you! You all seemed to get along so well and truly liked each other! What a great blessing you have known, and a credit to your parents. Their involvement in your lives, and being so present with your activities no doubt cemented a legacy of family love and support. I'm so sorry, this chapter has come in your lives, and hope your good and great memories overflow your mind, and heart, and eyes with tears of joy and gratitude, replacing any sadness you may be experiencing now, or in the future. Wishing you all peace during this time.
In sympathy,
Joanne (Maher) Christian

We were friends at the hospice support group get togethers. Fran always so upbeat. Knew he loved to dance. We chatted about the good old days going to Bandstand, since I went there also. Surely he will be missed.

Fran was very dear to Stan and I. We will most miss his zest for life and his amazing gift for telling stories. I will miss our jitterbug dances. We send our heartfelt condolences to his family who he loved so much. We hope there is baseball in Heaven. Stan and Sherry Wiercinski
