I will always remember how she put up with me tagging along, helping an awkward pre-teen/teen not feel quite so awkward. She taught me how to do my makeup and what clothes looked best on me and I felt so special because she took time with me. I'll never forget her singing voice--how I wish I could sing like that! (If you want to clear a room quickly, just give me a microphone and tell me to sing!) Her love for animals is what I will remember most of all. She was so tender and caring with them. Any animal that was lucky enough to have Aunt Debbie for a human was a very lucky animal indeed. The world was a kinder more caring place because of the love she showed to vulnerable animals and people alike. She will be loved and remembered always. May she rest in the peace she so deeply deserves.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I have such great memories Of Debbie when I lived in Ocala and used to visit her and uncle Les in Orlando. Most of all the memories of when we were all little and used to stay at Fort Myers beach, Boating, swimming, her and Marian Burring me in the sand. She always had a great smile and lots of fun. Keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers during this time. No matter what the situation is it’s always hard to lose a loved one. God bless.
