Obituary of Diana Sue Braidich

Diana Sue Braidich, 77 of Summerfield, FL was ushered into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, March 1, 2020. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 6, 1942, the daughter of Donald and Lois Kelso.

Diana grew up in Dayton, Ohio. Following her marriage to Ronald, their family moved to Ringwood, NJ in 1968. After also residing in Fairport NY and West Hartford, CT, Diana moved to Summerfield, FL in December 2003.

Diana came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ on February 1, 1970. This day changed not only her eternal destination but it changed her life as well. Today, her faith has become sight!

Since the day of her salvation, Diana enjoyed reading her Bible, telling others about her hope in Christ and faithfully attending and serving in her local church-most recently First Baptist Church of Ocala. While years of poor health kept her from serving in the way that she desired, she delighted in praying for others.

One could always find Diana tapping her foot to her favorite '50's music or gospel song. She loved music, she loved her family and she loved Jesus. She was a loyal and loving wife, mother and friend.

Diana is survived by her husband, Ron, daughter Colette (son in law, Jerry), son T.J. (daughter in law, Lisa), son Jason (daughter in law, Melissa), brother Scott (sister in law Linda) and sister in law and brother in law, Nancy & Mike Pallo, and her beloved 10 grandchildren, Eric, Brendan, Taylor, Natalie, Harrison, Lily, Karli, Jared, Stella and Gracie.

Diana is proceeded in death by her precious parents, Donald (Papa) and Lois (Nony) Kelso and her most favorite Aunt, Margie.

A visitation time will be held on Saturday, March 7 at 1pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:30pm at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, FL 34470.
