Obituary of Gwendolyn Marie Clubb

Gwendolyn Marie Clubb, 93, of Summerfield, Florida passed away February 23, 2020 at The Villages Regional Hospital, The Villages, Florida. She was the wife of Virgil Clubb for 61 years.

Gwendolyn was born in Harrisburg, Illinois a daughter of the late James and Mary Jenkins. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State of Michigan. She retired after 25 years of service.  She enjoyed reading and playing cards.

Gwendolyn is survived by her husband, Virgil Clubb and sons, Wallace M Johnson and his wife Georgina of The Villages, FL and  David Samuel Clubb and his husband Giurgen Tudares of Jupiter, FL. She has 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Janet Browning.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 3:00 Pm to 5:00 Pm at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages, FL 32159.  Interment will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery, Bloomfield, MO. Condolences may be left at Hiers-Baxley.com.
