Please accept my sincere condolences. As a student at Tulip Grove Mr. Seibert was my gym teacher for 7 years. I have fond memories of him especially square dancing and when I would get my left and right confused he would respond “your other left”. He touched so many young lives. ❤️ Kara Standifer Karl

To the family of Billy Seibert: Please accept my deepest condolences on his passing. As a former student of his at Tulip Grove Elementary School in Bowie, MD, I still remember "Mr. Seibert" with great fondness. He really had a knack with children and actually liked them. But he could quiet an entire lunch room that was too noisy with a slam of a lunch tray on a table and all the kids knew to be quiet immediately. All of the kids respected and admired him as a role model. I recall he often had nicknames for the girls, maybe the boys as well. We need more teachers and coaches like him today. I am not able to remember most of the names and characteristics of my elementary school teachers, but I never forgot Mr. Seibert. He was a true gem in Bowie. Sincerely, Kathleen Ferte'

I have known Bill for over 50 years. I also graduated from Frostburg and taught Elementary Physical Education in PG County. Bill’s sense of humor had no equal, except ( maybe ) Bonnie Maslanic who also taught in PG County elementary schools. My condolences to Bill’s entire family as you grieve his loss.
