Obituary of Lois Irene Wilson

Lois Irene Wilson (nee Kennedy)  passed away peacefully at home on October 31, 2019 at the age of 83. She was born in Freeport, Pennsylvania October 25, 1936, and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary (Galbreath) Kennedy. She was married to Paul Johnson Wilson Jr. on November 22, 1956.  Together, they had four children. Lois graduated from high school in Freeport, PA and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Lois and her husband were involved in the mobile home business.  They owned and operated Lake Country Estates in Bath, NY for over 20 years. They retired to Florida in the 1990s. Lois will be remembered for her love of sewing and all the beautiful quilts she made. Lois attended First Baptist Church of Ocala, Fla.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Paul J Wilson Jr., and her daughters Kathy Wilson of Little Falls, NJ, Donna (Bill) Griffis of Port Orange, Fla and Linda (Peter) Blodgett of Bath, NY, and her daughter in-law Sue Wilson of Bath NY.  She is also survived by  her sister and brother in-law Barbara and Ken Gressley of Leesburg, Fla, her brother and sister in-law Gene and Beverly Kennedy of Levittown, PA and her sister in-law Carol Kennedy Todd of Hot Springs, Arkansas and her grandchildren, Kimberly (Keith) Keegan , Paul Wilson IV, Emily (Casey Wittlinger) Johns, Amanda (Jake) Buell, Laura (Ken) Wallace, Lindsey (Anthony) Contello, Karen Wilson, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
