Obituary of Richard "Rick" Guenther

Richard “Rick” Guenther, 71, of The Villages, Florida passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 11, 2019. He grew up in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania and was active in Little League and basketball. As an adult he played tennis and golf. Rick moved to The Villages in 2009 where he enjoyed golf, pickleball, billiards, cards and organizing bicycle rides.

He is survived by his daughters Kim (Arnie), Cheryl (Tim) and Tami; sister Ann (Alex) and one grandson Kai.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mary C. and Walter E. Guenther.

A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11 am, located at Hiers-Baxley Funeral and Cremation Life Event Center, 3975 Wedgewood Lane, The Villages, FL 32162.
