Obituary of Gerald L. Pedigo

Gerald L. “Gus” Pedigo, 74, of Ocala, FL passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Advent Health in Ocala.  Gus was born in Sullivan, IL to Gentry and Agnes Pedigo and moved to Ocala in 2012 from Illinois.  He was a musician, a handyman, and a truck driver.  A gifted artist, he performed with many notable peers and wrote many songs.  He had perfect pitch and could play any instrument he laid his hands on.  He was known for his music, his guitar, and his quick wit. 

Gus was predeceased by his brothers Kenneth, Ronald, Robert, and Phillip, sisters Elizabeth Sanders and Dorothy Uselton.  He is survived by his daughter Amy Pedigo, 5 grandchildren, his sister Carolyn Neira and his brother Roger many nieces and nephews and his fiancé Vicki Theriault.
