Obituary of George David Worsham

George David (Dave) Worsham peacefully passed away August 2, 2019 at the age of 94, where he lived with his daughter and her family in Valrico, Florida.  He will be missed by his friends and forever in his family’s heart.

He was born November 19, 1924 in Lubbock, Texas.  He was a Veteran of the US Navy serving during World War II.  Prior to his retirement he worked for Arabian American Oil Company for 18 years.  He was devoted to his family and his passion was golf.  He had mastered the game and enjoyed teaching the game and playing with all, young and old, pros and beginners. 

Beloved husband of the late Coralynne Jean (Jeanne) Barnett Worsham of 66 years.  Father of son, Danny Ray Worsham (Cirila) and daughter, Davi Denise Mascaro (Mike).  He is survived by four grandchildren, Carrie Buzbee, Dusty Mascaro (Sarah), Suzanne Shope (Michael) and David Worsham.  Also survived by five great grandchildren, Gavin, Xander and Jett Buzbee, Eli Mascaro and Kobe Shope.
