Shelia and I went to the police academy together. None of us thought she would make it. She was so tiny and had such a soft voice, we compared her to Ofc. Hooks from the police academy movies! She proved us all wrong. She was a fighter and never gave up when she wanted something. I'll miss her.

Shelia, I will always remember our childhood especially Connell's Mill in Leesburg.... Trish, not sure if you remember but she did about you saving me that morning at the Bus Stop from the train....
