Dear Earl Stocker and Family, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies in behalf of Mrs. Stocker. While reading her obituary, I appreciated her love of spiritual things and that of wanting to help others. Jesus said 'we must love our neighbor', and part of that is sharing a comforting thought with those who mourn. The Bible provides such comfort such as Jesus' words at John 5:28-29 where he promises a resurrection of our loved ones. Also verses like Revelation 21:4-5; Isaiah 33:24 & 25:8 are true promises to come in the very near future when God's will is done on earth. May these verses comfort you now and in the days to come. Sincerely Mrs. C. Santana.

Dear Stocker family,
I am very sorry for your loss. The Bible gives us a wonderful hope for the future. In Isaiah 25:8 it says "He will swallow up death forever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces."

I will always remember the four hours I spent with Fayette in her last week and seeing how she approached her last days with elegance, self discipline and acceptance. She was known on our street as a kind, loving, friendly and generous neighbor.

To Earl, Mom S, LaRonda, LaTonya and all family members. My deepest condolences. Fayette was one of my childhood best friends, and I have so many memories of our times at P.S.9. I am so glad we reconnected as adults. She was instrumental in my joining the counseling ministry at TSC and also was very encouraging to me regarding my illness. I will truly miss her, but feel blessed to have had her in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To my dear sweet cousin. Your life was an inspiration to us all. Your service to and love of God was unmatched. Growing up you were a mentor and big sister to your little cousins here in Michigan. As we grew up you loved on us and continued to advise us and lead us to God. I thank you for your expressions of grace toward everyone. I will miss your infectous laugh and beautiful smile. I will miss the funny stories and fun from a lifetime of memories. You were one of God Glorous Girls and I am so proud to have you in our family. Your walk has ended on earth but your life is everlasting with the Father. Living a life that serves other before your self, that opens your doors to help and heal the brokenness of others, the love as a wife and daughter you shared, the forgiveness and kindess you expressed; is the life we all should be striving to reach. Our purpose on this earth is to love other as we love ourselves. You were one of the best examples of this promise to God fulfilled. And when God sees you stand before Him, He will say well done my child, Well done. I love you and I pray for your everlasting peace.
