I am very sorry for your loss. Charlie was an awesome friend. He always teased me about being in the US Coast Guard instead of the Navy. It was great comradery. His presence will be sorely missed by all.

God’s Word assures us that Jehovah has eagerly anticipated—has had an earnest longing for—the time when he will bring them back to life. (Job 14:14, 15) They will be happy and in vibrant health.

Charlie was one of the sweetest guys I've ever had the privilege to call my friend. He loved golf and his Redskins, but above all else he loved Helen. His phone calls with her always brightened my day, "Yes, Dear" was always part of the conversation. Stitzel Christmas parties were always part of the season. I have wonderful memories of you Charlie. You didn't get enough time to enjoy retirement with Helen. You are loved and will be missed.

Dear Stitzel family,
I am very sorry for your loss. The Bible gives us a wonderful hope for the future. In Isaiah 25:8 it says "He will swallow up death forever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces."

Charlie and I worked together for a number of years. There was never a dull moment working with him! Charlie was great to work with and he was always willing to help in any way possible.
He will be truly missed.
May God continue to be with the family during this time of loss.

Charlie might have been my brother in law but I loved him like a brother. He was a very loving, caring person who loved life and I will miss him dearly
