Bill was one of the most honorable people I have done business with over my 45 year career in the real estate business. When I started out in 1973, Bill was a VP at Sun Bank i Coral Gables. He mentored me how to start a line of credit so I could go into business without partners. He first granted me a $2,500 signature line of credit. I said thanks Bill but I can't buy a house with $2,500. He said pay it back with the interest in 30 day, which I did. He then got me a $5,000 line, Did the same thing and I'm up to a $10,000 line. Within 6 months I had a $40,000 signature line and a $250,000 mortgage line. Without Bill's trust in me, it would have taken years to get to where he helped me get to. I know he is resting in peace because he was a peaceful, kind hearted man.
