Obituary of Iris Helene Glancy

Iris Helene Glancy, age 89, of The Villages, passed peacefully on Sunday, March 24, 2019, with her loving husband by her side. She was born December 30, 1929, in Danzig, Germany to Joseph and Helene Brink. In June of 1955, she married the love of her life, Edward, in Berlin, Germany. She was a retiree of the Norfolk ILA. Iris enjoyed music, skiing, golfing, and sharing pleasant times with her dear friends and family.

 She is survived by her husband Edward; daughter-in-law Jacqueline Glancy; grandsons Ross, Scott, and David; and one granddaughter Jennifer; seven great grandchildren; and many loving friends.  Iris was preceded in death by her son Victor; parents, and brother.
