Obituary of Alan Willis Streiffert

Alan Willis Streiffert, age76 of Fort McCoy Florida, surrounded by his family after his courageous battle with Leukemia was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on March 6, 2019.

 

Alan grew up in Rochester, NY was the son of the late John G. and Rosalie Streiffert. He is survived by two sisters Anita Streiffert of Largo, Florida and Christine Piazza of Delray, Florida Two brothers John P. Streiffert (Joyce) of Spokane, Washington and Daniel L. Streiffert (Nancy) of Kent, Washington.

 

Alan was retired Navy Veteran and also retired from Hercules Inc. Citrus Plant. Alan loved to hunt and fish. He loved the outdoors, cook-outs and his bird Shredder.

 

Alan was the father of three daughter Teresa Streiffert of Hertford, NC, Kimberly Amundsen (Dean) of MacClenny, Florida and Tammy Williams (Brian) of Hertford, NC., two grandsons and three granddaughters and Seven great granddaughters’

 

He is also survived by his many close friends.
