Please accept my heartfelt condolences to your family. 1 Corinthians 15:25, 26 says "For he [Jesus] must rule as king until God has put all enemies under his feet. And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing". At Revelation 21:4 it says regarding Jehovah, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Finally, take courage in the hope of the resurrection promised at Acts 24:15 "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous."

I will miss my friend very, very much, and I know you, her family, will miss her much, much more. She impacted my life in countless ways. She had such wisdom. She was so generous with all that she had. She was so much fun to be around. She loved her husband and her children so, so much. I recently recalled something she said in our last conversation. "I don't regret any of my choices". She was talking about the number of children she had and homeschooling them. Praying and trusting that God will give you all the strength to carry on without her.

Dear McClain family,
My heart is broken by the loss of Ricki. I loved coming in your home many years ago and seeing the love she had for each of you children, for Stan, and for Jesus. She had the poem Babies don't keep on the wall when you first moved in and truly loved each and every one of you. Every time we would come back to FL I so enjoyed getting to talk with her. I'm sorry I didn't keep up with her better. I loved her free spirit and her desire to train each child even if it involved trying to schedule. Gordon and I are praying for you during this time. My memories of Ricki are unending and all extremely precious. My first one is when my husband, Stan McClain Sr., passed a note through the window at the bank where Ricki was working as a cashier. The answer from the manager on duty, said that was not allowed, but Ricki told him it was o.k. and she sent it out. With that note to Stan Jr. the joy of their lives together was the beginning. Those two were so devoted to each other from that day forth. The beautiful family that they raised and their unending love will live on forever. I was and am so proud to call her daughter-in-law. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Our favorite memories of Ricki is having her and Stan for many dinners at our home. Her quiet and tender demeanor at all times. The sweetness that she always showed to me personally when she saw me in public. Randy snd I loved Ricki and are so sad about her passing.
