Obituary of John Howard Johnson

John Howard Johnson, 74, of The Villages, Florida passed away December 14, 2018.

 

John was born March 4, 1944 in Denver, Colorado. He was the son of the late Doyle and Patti (Hays) Johnson and his late step-mother, Louisa (Bishop) Johnson. He was a Veteran of the US Airforce serving during the Vietnam War. He earned his BS in accounting from
Denver Metro University.   Prior to his retirement, he was Vice -President of Information Systems for First Federal Bank of Lakewood, CO.

 

John is survived by his wife, Karen (Bland)Ruel-Johnson of 24 years. Son, William (Wes) Johnson (Lee Wah Lim) of Highland Ranch, CO; Daughter, Stacy Johnson Finney (Chris) of Littleton, CO; Step-son, Timothy Ruel (Karen) of Monument, CO; and Step-son Kevin Ruel (Lisa) of Tinley Park, IL.  Sister, Wendy Ward-Johnson (Late Thomas) of Denver, CO: Step-sister, Donna (Bishop) Collins of Arvada, CO. Grandchildren: Logan and Luke Finney, Alexis and Avery Johnson, Payton, Rope, Jensen and Raef Ruel. Many nieces and nephews.
